Install the app
Install the PickupBird app from the Shopify App Store.
Follow the setup guide
Follow the guide to set up pickup points. Enable the fulfillment service on the Connection page under Shipping Providers.
Activate the app
Once the setup is complete, activate PickupBird on the dashboard to start using it in your Shopify store.

You can offer pickup points on any Shopify plan. Add a pickup map to Cart on any plan. For Checkout list integration, a plan above Shopify Basic is required. For Checkout map integration, Shopify Plus is needed.
Yes. Contracts with fulfillment centers must be arranged directly by the store owner. There is no direct integration between PickupBird and fulfillment centers.
It depends on the carrier. Some shipping providers require a direct contract, while others can be used without one. In certain cases, you will manage orders with the carrier yourself, and PickupBird simply adds the pickup point map to your store so customers can select their preferred location.
